She has worn many hats from payroll administration, and full-cycle recruiting to scaling strategies for a seed round start-up to acquisition and everything in between. Her core passion is helping organizations create an environment for the best possible employee experience that integrates with the human experience. Outside of work hours, you can always find Miki in the garden and taking care of her herd of animals.
