HR ebbs and flows. Pivots and pauses. Settles and surprises. That’s what ModHR’s founder, Sidney Bruce, thrives on. She founded ModHR because human resources, thankfully, never gets dull and, honestly, is a people-person’s profession.

 

Sidney’s enthusiasm for all things HR is what small- to mid-size companies love about working with ModHR.

Fluent in Spanish, Elaina is pivotal in crafting inclusive environments that foster open communication and mutual respect. Whether it's enhancing employee relations or spearheading innovative HR initiatives, Elaina brings a refreshing blend of analytical prowess and heartfelt enthusiasm to ModHR.

When away from her desk, she indulges in her love for sunny escapades and literary adventures.
